"How well are we doing?" Survey Published

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland has published its first annual satisfaction survey for the people we support.

The "How well are we doing?" survey provides the people we support with an opportunity to say how satisfied they are with the service they receive and provides learning opportunities for the organisation that can be used as a platform for continuous improvement.

The findings indicate high levels of satisfaction among the people we support with 91% of all respondents indicating that they get the right support from staff.

Commenting on the survey, Ann McGuigan, Contracts & Evaluation Manager, said:

The "How well are we doing?" survey provides an important method for all our stakeholders to voice their opinions on how we work. By carrying out annual surveys, we will continue to listen and act upon their wishes."
