The Richmond Fellowship Scotland has now published the results of its second annual satisfaction survey for the people we support.
The "How well are we doing?" survey provides the people we support with an opportunity every year to say how satisfied they are with the service they receive and provides learning opportunities for the organisation that can be used as a platform for continuous improvement.
The findings of this second annual survey again indicate high levels of satisfaction among the people we support with 92% of all respondents indicating that they get the right support from staff. More people than last year completed the survey which is also encouraging.
Commenting on the survey, Ann McGuigan, Contracts & Evaluation Manager, said:
“The findings of this second survey are again very positive and indicate high levels of satisfaction across the country. This survey continues to be one of our most valuable annual activities and we always look forward to and encourage feedback from the people we support.”
The satisfaction survey is available to download below. For more information about the survey, please contact Ann McGuigan.
