1 x P/T (32hrs approx) SUPPORT ASSISTANT

 Cumbernauld/Cumbernauld Village

2 x P/T (30hrs approx) SUPPORT ASSISTANTS

Coatbridge/Airdrie

(LAN 208)

£13,507 PER ANNUM (pro rata)

SESSIONAL WORKERS also required for these areas

Salary - Hourly Rate £6.72

(LAN 208A)

Driving License/ On-call Duty/Occasional sleepovers  are required for all of these posts.

Applications are invited from candidates to work within a social care setting, providing flexible cover to support people with a learning disability/mental health problem/Autistic spectrum and who may offer presentations deemed as challenging.

The successful applicants will work in partnership with a staff team in the provision of care to individuals who require support with every day living.   This involves directly assisting with activities such as general housekeeping, personal care, social and recreational activities as well as helping the individual to develop meaningful relationships and links within their local area.  Lone working will be involved.

A relevant qualification in care is desirable, but not essential, as we will offer you the opportunity to participate in training courses relevant to your post.   We offer continuous training and excellent terms and conditions of employment.
