Who We Are

Who We Are

We are the leading provider in Scotland of community care services.

Our dedicated staff work with people who are at risk of being excluded from society, people who may have a variety of support needs including mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, alcohol-related problems or autism. We also support people with physical disabilities and run services for both young and old. Although we support more than 2000 people throughout Scotland, we are committed to delivering services that recognise people as individuals and treat them with dignity and respect.

As an organisation, we are proud that:

  • we have played a leading part in helping people to move out of hospital care into their own homes and communities
  • we have become a ‘human services’ organisation that can tailor support to virtually any need
  • we take on challenging work - we believe that community care is for everyone
  • we pioneer new kinds of services
  • we listen to all our stakeholders
  • we invest in quality
  • we are driven by values which unite and motivate us
