This could involve moving and handling and personal care and helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle.

The service supports individuals with a variety of needs, some have physical and/or learning disabilities and with limited verbal communication.

Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life.
