Each person we support is unique so each support role can be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individual`s life. The Team 4 services are very well established, with supportive and experienced staff who make great mentors and support you with comprehensive service induction.

Previous experience is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.

We support over 2500 individuals with a variety of needs, some may have physical and/or learning disabilities and Mental Health some with limited verbal communication and some with challenging behaviour.)**Please edit the statement to suit your client groups**

Some of our posts can also include a sleepover which comes with an additional enhanced payment.
