You will be based in Kilmarnock within a building where some of the supported individuals live but you will also support people out in the local community.

No two days are the same, you will be helping people get the most out of their lives, working with various individuals with various support needs and you will go home at the end of a shift feeling you have a made a difference. One day you could be supporting one individual and another day you could support several. Individual support needs can range from helping them with basic personal care, households tasks, attending appointments, socialising and more. A valid driving licence and a car are essential for this post.

We have Full time, Part-time and Sessional hours to suit you.
