Here at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland we make a real difference in supporting people with their everyday lives. We are recruiting for community based and residential roles that will involve a range of tasks and activities within people`s homes and out in the community offering practical support with the person`s daily life, personal care, moving and handling and helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle.

We are looking for someone that is dynamic and flexible in their approach to working with a range of people and being able to adapt to different services

The team supports individuals with a variety of needs, some may have physical and/or learning disabilities, Autism, Epilepsy, Mental Health, Dementia and some with limited verbal communication. Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life in a positive enjoyable working environment.

Previous experience is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland; what matters most is that you have the right values and the right attitude.
