You will be a part of a committed team, supporting individuals with autism and associated complex learning disabilities. Some people may have complex communication needs and display challenging behaviours, thus will require a use of different communication tools to meet their individual needs.

All of the supported individuals need full support with all aspects of their life which could include:- Full support with personal care and/or prompting with personal care, support with cooking or prompting to cook meals, general household tasks, shopping and attending appointments.

We are looking for individuals that are flexible to the needs of the service - This could include working weekends, early shifts, late shifts, slee p overs and waking nights as and when required.

Due to the nature of this role, a valid license and access to a car is essential.

Whether you have worked in social care before or not our award winning training and support will make sure you are ready for your new role. You will also join an experienced team full of enthusiastic staff that will mentor you, provide guidance and support.
