Lossiemouth provides support to 3 individuals in the Lossiemouth area. The support we provide varies from a couple of hours a day to 24hr support. The men all lead active lives and are looking for fun and active individuals to join their team who will introduce them to new and exciting activities.

You will be supporting individuals to go walking, bowling, group activities, going to the cinema, theatre and out for meals, or to meet friends or family for a cuppa. Within the houses you will be supporting individuals with maintaining their tenancies, personal care, cooking, arts and crafts and housekeeping .

As a Bank member of staff you will cover staff leave, training, sickness and any other staff absences. The Senior Support Worker, who is responsible for the rota, will contact you to see if you are available to help out. As you are not required to do shifts, you can pick and choose the hours/shifts that suit you and work around your other commitments.

Not only will you get a great sense of achievement but in return you can expect fantastic career progression opportunities, award winning training and a positive enjoyable working environment.

Previous experience as a Bank Support Practitioner is great but a full training program along with shadow shifts with experienced staff members is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. So even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.

Please apply below and let The Richmond Fellowship Scotland work with you to progress your career and help provide the best possible care and support to the individuals we support.
