The Victoria Court and Benthall St Services support people across Glasgow South, the office is based in Kinning Park.

The staff team supports individual’s experiencing mental health problems, learning disabilities and people with a forensic or criminal justice history. We put people at the centre of everything we do, enabling them to make their own choices and to live as independently as possible within their own homes.

The service focuses on providing support in a variety of areas. This could include maintaining a tenancy, daily living skills, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and promoting inclusion in the wider community.

The service we provide varies according to the needs of people, support is tailored to suit peoples’ needs. We work in partnership with people and other people in their life to ensure that the support we provide is of the highest possible quality. We provide every person we support with a Personal Support and Development Agreement (PSDA). This contains all the information necessary to ensure people receive the correct support.

The team is made up of a team manager, senior support worker and support practitioners. An identified key worker will be responsible for identifying, coordinating and reviewing the support package, ensuring people are always kept involved.
