The Richmond Fellowship Scotland East Renfrewshire have provided support support to individuals and their families across East Renfrewshire since 2000.

Within the East Renfrewshire North and West Service, we currently support many people within our communities such as those experiencing mental health issues, learning disability, autism, disabilities and those who have been involved in the criminal justice system.

We promote outcome-focused support within our support to individuals. Outcome-focused support ensures that your support is regularly evaluated and the goals/targets being progressed within your support are the ones you most need and wish in your life.

We support individuals and their families to promote and develop independent and safe living within communities. We support individuals with day-to-day living skills (budgeting, meal preparation, and household chores), social activities, accessing education and employment or voluntary opportunities.

Our staff are caring, competent and knowledgeable. We train our staff to make sure they can provide you with good quality care and support. Our staff are required to gain a qualification in care, usually an SVQ in Health and Social Care. Staff are friendly and helpful and will build good working relationships with you, and the other people involved in your life.
