The Alford Supported Living service offers accommodation for two individuals and staff support a number of people in their own homes within Alford and the surrounding area. The service can support people with a diversity of needs and abilities, with the aim of the support being to maximise the potential of each supported person.

The staff team are very friendly and approachable and also skilled and trained and will work with individuals to promote social inclusion, participation, independence and choice and fully recognise and encourage the individuals’ right to lead and direct their own lives.

Alford is a rural town situation 26 miles west of Aberdeen, amenities such as Post Office, Swimming Pool, Library and shops are available within the village, and with Inverurie only 18 miles away other services  and resources are within fairly close proximity. There are public transport services from Alford to nearby towns, including Aberdeen.
