We are delighted to announce that Investors in People have awarded The Richmond Fellowship Scotland We invest in people, platinum accreditation; the highest level of accreditation possible!

In their assessment report, Investors in People highlight a wide range of things that we can be proud of, including:

• Staff remain passionate about providing the highest quality of care to people we support.
• Our values – they are fully embedded and lived.
• Significant investment in learning and development – our offering is “viewed by staff to be exceptional and far superior to other social care sector employers”.
• Listening to staff through surveys, one to one, team meetings and working groups, people believe their voices are heard and that feedback is acted upon.
• The effectiveness of supervisions.
• The development of managerial training courses and Management Pathways
• Investing in technology.
• Acting on feedback presented at the last IIP assessment.
