The Broomhill Older Peoples Service is situated in the West End of Glasgow and provides support to older people over the age of 65 who have dementia, mental health difficulties or learning disabilities.

The service provides support to individuals that live in the community and who can receive up to 27.5 hours of support each week, with tasks such as managing medication and attending appointments, home care, cooking, shopping and support to manage finances.

There is also the opportunity to attend and access various community groups in the area and we fully support individuals to remain or become active in the local community.  We can also support spiritual needs.

The Service is staffed 24/7 365 days a year by Support Practitioners, Senior Support Workers and a Team Manager. We can also provide an alarm system making staff available at the press of a button in an emergency situation, providing individuals with added security.

We also have close links to the local housing provider and can support you in your application for housing.
