Our organisational Participation Action Plan is led by the National Participation Group.

The National Participation Group was formed in February 2018. 

The purpose of the group is to maximize the opportunities for the people we support to participate in their service, the organisation and their community  and to help represent the views of people we support across the organisation.

The group is made up of people who receive support from the organisation (3 representatives from each of the 4 regions) and is facilitated by a member of the Development team.  An Executive Director leads on participation and the group is supported by an Area Manager from each Region.

The group work on addressing the topics from our organisational Participation action plan.  By feeding into a structure of local groups and forums, supported individuals who receive support across the organisation are able to have their say.
